A healthy Christmas party


Stuck on what to bring to a Christmas party? 
Bring a healthy dish to ensure everyone gets key nutrients  and that you have something healthy to eat!
I made this Christmas tree out of vegetables and brought extra. Instead of a high fat dip, I brought hummus for the dip. It was a big hit!

Another healthy option is a fruit tray or fruit bowl. Fruit is a great dessert option that provides many nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, and the sweet taste!
