Stuffed avocado

Yesterday I had a gum implant, it is where they take skin for the roof of your mouth and stitch it to the gums. It was a bit painful, but they numb the areas. They gave me a retainer to cover the roof of my mouth (so I talk a little funny) and I have to eat soft foods for a couple days. This has been an adventure. Some of the foods I have been eating is: smoothies, mashed sweet potatoes, soup, scrambled eggs, and this avocado mixture I just put together. I really wanted multi-grain chips with it, but it is too hard to eat. This concoction was all soft, small foods that were easy to eat.
