Are you sticking with resolution?

Was your resolution to get back to eating healthy and working out more? You can achieve that goal by staying focus and through positive self-talk.  Kick the negative thoughts out and remind yourself that you are capable of achieving your goals!
It is very easy to get off track of your New Year's resolution, but never lose focus of the end goal.  It takes determination and hard work to get to your goal, but the way you feel and look, in the end, will make all that hard work worth it.  If you get off track one day, forget about it and make sure your next day you stay focused!
Here are some things to keep you on track:
-Make a board of motivational sayings and pictures to remind you each day of the end goal.
-Plan your physical activity for the week to come, add reminders on your phone so you don't forget.
-Remember that the hard work will pay off in the end and the end results are more important than that piece of cake, a soda, or unhealthy meal. You will feel satisfied with those foods for a few minutes, but it is nothing like feeling satisfied when you reach your end goal. What matters most to you?
-"I will not feel deprived when I bypass the junk food. I will feel empowered that I made the healthy choice."
-On the weekends, prep meals for the week to come and make a shopping list.
-When buying fruit and vegetables, cut them up, and place them in clear containers. Place the containers eye level in the fridge for an easy/healthy snack or meal prep.
-Try a new recipe on the weekends and experiment with different foods.
-You can reach your goals!
