St. Patty's Day!
Happy St. Patty's day everyone!! I am not Irish, but I enjoy this holiday! I have my green pants on, have incorporated green into everything I have been eating today, and currently listening to Irish music! I may even enjoy a beer later!
For breakfast I had eggs with broccoli on a green plate with green tea in a green mug!
-1 egg over easy (I like breaking the yoke!))
-2 egg whites with steamed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
-100% whole wheat sandwich thin

For dinner I am going to the Cheesecake Factory with my family! I looked up the menu already and love their skinnylicious menu! Maybe I will choose the lettuce wraps (they are green!), the Tuscan Chicken, or the herb crusted salmon. So many yummy options, but I am glad they have healthier choices! I even have a free cheesecake coupon, so maybe key lime cheesecake (green!!). Don't worry I can't eat a whole slice, so it would probably last me a whole week to finish one slice! I also hope to have lunch for tomorrow from my leftovers tonight (that is the best part!!)
Have a great, green, St. Patty's Day!
