Stovetop Apple Crisp

For some reason I have been craving apple crisp, but I did not want the high calorie and high sugar kind. I decided to attempt one on the stovetop for a quick dessert. It turned out really yummy and fixed my cravings.
Stovetop Apple Crisp

Serves: 1
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
-1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
-1 tsp brown sugar
-1 tsp cinnamon
-Sprinkle nutmeg
-1 tsp lemon juice
-1 tsp wheat germ (or you can use flour)
-1/8 cup old fashion oats
-About 1/8 cup water
-toppings: powdered sugar, yogurt, cool whip, fruit (optional)
Directions:
1. Slice apple into thin slices.
2. Heat oil in skillet on low heat.
3. Add everything in skillet, except water and toppings.
4. Let it cook for about 12 min, turning a couple times for all the slices to hit the heat, get soft, and absorb flavor.
5. Add water and let them continue to cook for 3 min.
6. Once apples are soft, deliver to a dish and add toppings.
7. Enjoy!
