Homemade Turkey Burger
Serves: 4

Directions:
1. Mix mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Montreal seasoning together.
2. With clean hands, combine mixture into ground turkey and egg white.
3. Make 4 round burgers with the mixture.
4. Grill for 30 min, flipping in between.
5. In the last couple minutes add the cheese so it can melt a bit.
6. Add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy with a side of sweet potato fries.

- 3 very large sweet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Sprinkle of garlic Powder
- Sprinkle of onion Powder
- Sprinkle of pepper
- Sprinkle of paprika
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut up sweet potatoes (the skinner the slices, the more crisp they will be!). Make sure you have a good knife because they can be difficult to cut.
- On a baking sheet, mix sweet potato slices with remaining ingredients.
- Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet, but make sure they do not over lap each other so they can get evenly baked.
- Bake for 30 min and flip the slices.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes, depending on your perfect "crispness".
- Than enjoy these guilt-free fries!!
