Chocolate Avocado Pudding
When you think of avocado, your mind probably goes right to Mexican food or a turkey sandwich. But avocado is being used in desserts, as well. I had a few ripe avocados left and a ripe banana, so I decided to experiment a bit with a few recipes. I ended up just switching up measurements to get it to the taste I enjoyed.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Ingredients
-2 avocados, ripe
-1 banana
-2 Tbsp honey (may want more)
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-optional: dark chocolate chips (for a crunch)
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend together into a creamy texture.
2. Chill and enjoy with dipping fruit in it or by itself.
(Advice: It does not taste good when it is room temperature, it is best after chilled.)
