Fall one pan chicken dish!

Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Red Skin Potatoes, and Chicken in One Pan!
Serving: 3
Ingredients:
-3 chicken breast
-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-1 tbsp olive oil
-4 red skin potatoes, cubed
-2 cups brussel sprouts, halved
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1/4 tsp thyme
-1/4 tsp onion powder
-salt and pepper




Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 325 degrees F.
2.Marinate chicken in balsamic vinegar for about a half hour.
3. Drizzle a little olive oil on a baking sheet. Add chicken on top.
4. In a bowl, mix potatoes with half of: olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add the  potatoes on top of chicken, sprinkle entire dish with thyme, salt, and pepper.

5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. In a bowl, mix brussel sprouts with the remaining olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add the brussel sprouts on top of the entire dish. 

7. Finish dish by cooking for 30 more minutes, until chicken is tender and veggies are soft. 
8. Enjoy!
