Egvado= an egg in an avocado


It is super easy to make! 

1. Crack an egg in a bowl

2. Spoon out 3/4 of the avocado, to make room for the egg.
3. With a spoon, transfer the egg into the avocado, the entire egg will not fit into the avocado, some may spill over. Sprinkle pepper on top.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 min, depending on how cooked you want your egg.


Fast and nutritious! You can eat it right out of the avocado or on top of some toast!
