Dark chocolate bark with nuts and dried fruit

Hello everyone!!
I just want to update all of you that I got engaged September 11!! I was so shocked and caught of guard. Here are some pictures from the amazing night!


Now on to the theme for this month's recipe redux:
Today is national nut day!! In honor of national nut day, everyone should enjoy this dark chocolate bark with pecans, walnuts, and dried fruit. It is easy to make, filled of antioxidants, and so good!

Dark chocolate bark with nuts and fruit


Ingredients:
-melted dark chocolate wafers 
-dried fruit 
-chopped walnuts and pecans 
The chocolate I got from the Amish Market.


Directions:
1. Melt chocolate on stove with a bowl over bowling water
2. On wax paper, spread a layer of chocolate, than top with nuts and fruit. 
3. Freeze or place in fridge to cool. 
4. Break apart in pieces. 
5. Enjoy or make little chocolates with mini cupcake pan.
